Lysimachia nummularia- Creeping Jenny

Lysimachia is a common, hardy aquatic plant. It grows best in cold water, but is adaptable to higher temperatures. It is great for all levels of aquarium keepers. Creeping Jenny, as the name suggests, is a marginal crawling plant which will create a matt of green and flowers in your pond. In order to get the best results, plant on a shallow ledge in the pond in partial sun. Can also thrive in aquariums at cooler temperatures. Will grow best with a nutrient rich floor and bright lighting. Ideal for the mid-ground; lysimachia will require regular pruning. Grown in a terrarium setting, the plant will produce beautiful yellow flowers.
