When should you use this product? Certain parasites like Trichodina, Costia, Oodinium, and flukes can cause fish to develop a white mucus layer, also known as velvet or slime disease. This product is effective when fish exhibit a whitish film, damaged fins, signs of irritation, or gasping at the surface. How should you use it? Calculate your aquarium's volume in liters (length x width x depth (in cm)/1000) or use our Dosage Calculator to determine the appropriate dose. Before using, shake the bottle well. Mix the prescribed dose with 1 liter of aquarium water and add slowly to the tank. Warning: This product contains copper, which is harmful to snails, shrimp, and other invertebrates. Use half the prescribed dose if they are present.
